Underground Allure Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it as easy as possible. Here’s how returns and exchanges work:
Return Time Frame
- You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email us at Info@undergroundallure.com with your order number and details.
- Wait for confirmation and a return shipping label. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Return & Delivery Costs
- If your item is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover the full return shipping cost.
- For all other returns or exchanges: Return postage is split — you pay to send your item back, and we pay for delivery of your replacement (if exchanging).
Exchanges
- We’re happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or style within 14 days, if in stock.
Proof of Purchase
- Please include your receipt or order confirmation with any return.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return.
Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as pierced jewelry or beauty products) may not be eligible unless they are faulty. Please check product pages for specific exclusions.
Supplier & Quality
- Our products are sourced from trusted suppliers, including Ancient Wisdom. If your product arrives faulty, please include clear photos with your request to speed up processing.
